CHeck the fuel pump... I had this problem on my 5000,CS turbo, I found that initially it would start and run then If I were to shut the car off there would be no relay action , only that it would be getting hot, (Cause it was trying to actuate the fuel pump and it was seized....a while later (4 to 5 hours the pump would un-seize and start again...
I was told that it might be a pump from someone on this site and so I replaced the pump and had no further problems....)

I install a new pump, and the car was running fine, just that one day it never turn back on.
do u know what can cause the relay not to click. I bought a new relay from the dealer(not chee)
and I still get the same problem?

Mostly when the fuel pump siezes up it causes the relay to over heat and stay opened or closed..
