well afther searching for hours i decided it was better to ask.... i found this cold air intake but i dunno if it will fit my a4 rght now i am using a K&N cone air filter it owns tou.. i bet this would look better and sound better.. so lemme know what u think [8D]

Due to the design of the engine, and the location/direction the throttle body points, I doubt it'd bolt directly up.  You could probably fab an intermediate pipe to move that out far enough to sit where the airbox was, but it's gonna look like a tangled python in there, and won't really make a difference power-wise.  If I were you, I'd keep what you have and put the money toward a speedtuning ECU upgrade instead.
