Default 2 Different Types of Scratches

I was wondering what's the best way to approach these, using touch-up paint, Quixx , or other.

Ones on the back bumper are numrous in one spotI think caused by rubbing plastic trash can in garage against it. They appear white and thin.

2 single ones on front bumper I did yesterday by bumping something in garage again[:@], however these show black underneath and are wider.

here is the rule of thumb, if you can see the primer us a touch up pen then use the quixx (so the quixx is only for everything over the primer even the last layer of paint) hope this helps at all
