This is my buddies Audi A8L with a 4 head (2 front and 2 rear) Laser Star laser jammer *OWNING* a Washington State Patrol at 3AM....We just finished installing the Laser Star on his Audi earlier that day.
Well if he did not have the laser star and only a radar/laser detector he would have been toast when he was tagged at 1,600 feet with laser and the video would have been alot shorter with the happy ending.
The cop who is looking thru the lidar gun can not tell what distance and speed a car is going when he is being jammed. That honda was was way behind him laser trap.
That is the sound of the laser star jammer and V1 alerting to him at 1,650 feet and I jammed the cop for 17 secs and there was no other car around me. Laser is unlike a cop's radar beam which covers the entire road in about 100 feet. Police laser is the width of 36 in. at 1000ft. The cop even re-triggered because he could not get a reading at anytime but then he nailed the honda and pulled him over.
I happen to be a laser jammer tester with more lidar guns then a police dept with my collection of lidar guns.

that''s so freakin titsup. I would invest, but the porkers out here don''t even know what a laser is. So i don''t think I need one. When I move back to Phoenix I''ll get one though.
I''m in meridian,MS about 1.5 hours east of jackson. plenty of radar, but I haven''t seen anything with laser. I realize that my detector wouldn''t save me from laser but it would have picked it up if they were using it. Now when I was in TX and AZ, that sucker went off all the time with laser alerts.
