Yea I like the idea of having it mounted somewhere off the windshield with just the indicator lights and buttons on the dash. It would be cool if you could mount just the sensor on the windshield so you get the 360 degree detection with less clutter on your windshield.

Well then take the rear ant. and hid it up at the top of the rear window ... mine only has one ant... and if im not mistaken the radar systems police use are fixed-point systems and you cant get an accurate reading from 2 moving objects
