Default Front Passenger Wheel Not in the center

Hi,
I have a 1998 A4 2.8 Quattro and the passenger front wheel is not on the center of the fender arch. It's off by at least 3/4" toward the front. The driver side is fine. The driving is fine as well. I drove over 80mh and there is no issue. The car was previously in an accident in the same area. Any suggestion what could be the problem. How can I move the front wheel back to center it?
Thanks
