Default why does my car pull to the right when i brake moderatley

why does my car pull to the right when i brake moderatley or hard? the rotors only have like 10,000 miles on them along with the pads. what can the issue be, its really annoying. It doesnt allways do it but its like the steering wheel turns itself.

even if you got new brakes, maybe your left caliper is jammed ?
maybe the road is not flat ?
tire pressure, wind, alignement ?

i had my allignment done a few months ago and there hasnt been anything that would mess that up, i am asking because i have ruled the above things out and am asking what other issue can it possibly be
