Default How do i fix this leak?

Here is the picture of the leak i discovered. How do i solve this one?? Is seems it leaks aheadfrom the bolt/shifting bar.

well i dount the shifter cable is leaking because theres no oil in or around it and if it was from the tranny youd smell it, chances are you have a small leak or drip or just osme old oil that splashed onto the cable.
