Guys, I've been searching all over the internet and forums for the last 3 days and I still don't know what turbo upgrade I should go with.. I'm looking for something around or under $2000 for the parts or kit. Look in my sig for all the mods I have now. Also, since I have the GIAC software, could I have them remap my software if I went with a APR k04 setup or do I have to go with an AWE k04 kit if I went the k04 route?

2007 S4 4.2 Quattro 6spd

the only turbo you can get for that kind of money is a gt2x. with b5's you can run giac's k04 file with the gt2x, so u should be able to do that with b6's as well.

tuning- probly 200 to switch over
turbo- 1200
injectors- 300
fmic- 400
custom intake- 100
mbc- 110

dont know if the b6 k04 file requires a new maf or fpr, but the b5 does. and your probly gona wanna look into a new clutch soon as well.


(i dont think the k04 is worth the money. i would spend the extra 400-500 on the gt2x)

Would you be willing to spend a little more for a GTRS elim package that includes the turbo hardware kit, 550cc injectors and REVO GTRS tuning? Lets say if it was $2450 + shipping? You would still need a better clutch and fmic if you haven't upgraded those yet.
