Does anyone know if a 2002 rear valance will fit on a 2001?

You will have to switch the entire rear bumper, which fits...or you could do like some people and make your own cutouts in your bumper.

Has anyone posted a How To for cutting the valance to accomodate dual tips?

I know there is a company lltek that makes a kit to delete the turn downs and cut the bumper. Or you buy some stainless tips cut the turn downs off and cut the bumper on your own.
