Default service engine warning

I have a 2001 A4 1.8T 5 speed (all stock).

Does anyone know how to reset the "service engine" warning from the computer?

Please help, it's driving me crazy.

Thanks,

Ted...

Default RE: service engine warning

According to my Owner's Manual for '01 A6 >
-button # 1 on left side, near tach
-button # 2 on right side, near speedo.

1. ignition off
2. hold button #2 down, turn ignition on , "Service!" appears in diplay.
3. press button #1 until "Service!" is cleared.

It's probably the same for the A4, but not certain.
