ok so my turbo is whining real bad and i have a strong loss in power but my car is boosting 5 at max so first off i was wondering if their is still a chance it could just be a boost leak but if it is the turbo i have a used ko3 and was wondering if i could change the turbo myself and also is installing new mirrors easy or a pain in the ass? thanks for any help and also i have a 1999.5 1.8t quattro mt
