I'm not really new, but I'm new?
Hey everyone,
I don't know if any of you remember me, but I have been a member here for a few years now. I joined awhile back because I was in the market for an Audi, but there were a few financial set backs that kept me from getting one. I disappeared from this forum for a couple of years, but have decided its time to make a comeback.
Two days ago I took a trip to Detroit and picked up my first Audi. It isa black 1998 A4 1.8T QM. It has 101k miles on it, and the only thingsI have found wrong with it are a split in the drivers seat, and a small piece of trim missingunder the front bumper. It rides smooth, shifts great, and seems to get pretty good mpg.I've put somewhere around 100 miles on it in the last couple of days and I couldn't be happier. I think it is the best $5,500 I've ever spent.
I'll soon be looking to lightly mod with wheels, tint, intake, and GIAC. I'll also have pictures up soon if my camera and computer decide to get along with each other. See ya around the forums!
