So normally changing my oil takes about 15 minutes, most of which is getting the tools out. Yesterday 1 hour. Many of the screws that hold the plastic cover over the oil pan just would not come out. I am referring to the bolts up front which screw into the metal brackets. One of the screws was so badly stripped I had to remove it by drilling it out. I am unsure if the hex bolts up front are factory or not. I know the three flat head taping screws are. Just thought I would share and was wondering if anyone else has ever had this problem.
I also took out my carbonio filter and cleaned it. Hosed it out then blew it dry with an air compressor. I have only had the carbonio for about a year and I noticed that the filter was very clean. Getting it out was a pain in the ass.

Don't even bother with your plastic cover. Its made to piss of DIY'ers so they can take it to the dealer. Just leave it off unless you're a hardcore off roader.
I do not run a belly pan and most people that I know do not either as it gets in the way whenever you have to do ANYTHING under the car ....[sm=headbang.gif]
Do you have the version 1 Carbonio intake or the version 2? The version 1 is like a K&N filter and sould only be cleaned every 50k since it needs to be re-oiled. The version 2 has a foam type element but I am not sure what kind of filter it is.

You can use an oiled filter, but you need to be VERY careful of the amount of oil you put on it. I run a Blitz stainless filter so I only have to rinse and dry but that's why I asked which version he is using because the version 1 was a K&N type filter that requires re-oiling every 50k.

I have a K&N drop in in both my A4 and S4 and haven't had a problem with the MAF sensors. I think its the idiots that do thier own oiling that over do it and screw up the MAFs.
