Easiest way to check pressure and tbb integrety for chi... - 5/11/2008 11:20:05 PM    mizzike2555   Posts: 86 Joined: 5/21/2007 Status: offline Hey, as I mentioned in another post I am getting the giac chip for my 2000 tip.  I figured it would be a good idea to do some preventitive maintenance in preparation.  Is there an easy way to make sure I have no boost leaks and everything is kosher?  Also this is a stupid qeustion but where exactly is the throttlebody boot located and what should I look for to make sure it is prepared for extra boost?  Any other specific things to check? This raises another question, if I use this method, and there are no leaks, is there any way to tell?  Or if I just don't hear any air escaping, do I just assume that there are no leaks? Do you understand what I mean, because I'm not trying to find where a particular leak is, just trying to find any problems before I up the boost. (in reply to mizzike2555) Post #: 9
