im getting the black powder coated one..looks much nicer than having the ugly stock cover....FS 225 stock black cover..

idk maybe 50bucks or so....pm me i know from the dealer they are crazy expensive....i remember the battery cover was close to 200 BUCKS!!!

I dunno, I think I prefer the stock panel. Mine is all nice and clean since I cleaned up the engine bay and rock the 42dd kit. Ionly drive about200 miles in it every few months now so it stays very clean. I also still have the raised oil cap cincy is reffering to and I think it would look butt with the one I have. Nice to know that there is an option if I decide to ditch the panel in the future. Didn't you (or maybe it was someone else) polish your valve cover to look all nice? Then I could see doing it. I really wish I could fine a new hard pipe for the 225's "L" upper IC pipe, that would be nice....

Easy to fix if you want to, the extended piece unscrews the same as the oil cap. I don't have the engine cover on at all anymore, so I removed mine so the caps sits right on the valve cover (like many here).
