so ive had an eventful last few days with my car

the whole weekend ive been painting my wheels and they look AMAZING

ill take pictures tomorrow of them

but more importantly, today i recoeved my GIAC chip from marc (10secs4) and WOWWWWWW

i only drove it around the neighborhood since my paint is still cureing but it was like night and day

once the boost kicks in now

you are GONE.

I am trying to talk my wife into letting me get a GIAC box off Marc as well for my S4, but I have a LOT of other stuff to pay and my wife doesn't work. I support the household on an E-3's salary.

Looks good, but did those have a polished lip to begin with? I would have probably left that.

How did you prep them for paint?

wheels are looking hot! your car is very similar to a local buddies here, i like the bumble bee look.

looks like the nicest bbs's i have seen, I don't really care for them at all but yours are fine. We have to do something with that plate though on the otherhand... I try to show the love to german cars equally [8D]

and about the polished lip, i was looking at pictures of the imola with the lip, and it did NOT look good

yeah love those wheels, nice look for the car and marc he is a great guy to get all your stage 2+ and stage 3 parts from. Washyourhands I would try to get my hands on some ssautocrome dps for cheap and go that way. I have had no problems with them and loved the price more haha. plus i also would recomend getting a 5.0 bar fuel reg if you plan on keeping your k03s for a while and then jsut going stage 3-.

Did you leave your tires on while you painted? If you did, what did you do to keep the chrome look on the rivets? I want to paint mine but don't want to paint those. BTW, car looks great if I couldnt get a nogaro, imola would be my next choice.

Now that you have GIAC in your ride and I have new wheels and tires, hopefully address my brake issues; we will be matched better when Infineon comes up. :D
