Default 1997 audi stereo upgrade advice

I am currently wanting to invest some money in the stereo of my '97 a4. At the moment i already have a Pioneer DEH-5800mp headunit (50w x 4) and a JL Audio 12" w/ a 500w jensen amp. The sub will be installed in the car when i upgrade my other speakers.

I have a 4 speaker setup with tweeters, 2 x 4.5" speakers and the tweeters in my front doors and 6.5" speakers on the rear deck. These are the speakers i need to replace. Basically i would like my budget to be no more than $250, but i can spend up to $350 if it would provide far better sound. I am not really sure if all i should get are speakers or if i should try to get amps to compliment them also (if its in my budget ???). I don't have any real clue about brands. I also am not sure if i should invest in a little dynamat or something similar.

Two other small bits of info most all my music will be played through the aux input from an ipod. And i like to eBay if that could save me a bit of money.

Helps appreciated, and thanks in advance.
