Stole the thread idea from an OLD thread on audizine, and I'm curious to see what you AF guys think.

Out of all the mods you have on your car, which are your favorite that you'd recommend to everybody? Which would you tell everybody to avoid so they don't make the same mistake that you made?

Favorite mods:
STaSIS Coilovers - the cornering is SO much better than stock. It makes my car look better and perform better, how can you get better than that?

SB Stg 3 clutch - Being able to launch as hard as I want without worrying about my clutch frying is a very nice feeling.

Least favorite mods:
I wish I had stuck with my stock stereo. The aftermarket one sounds good, but it's a PITA cornering with 100lbs of stereo crap in the trunk. Also, I wouldn't mind having a stereo if I had gone with a quality head unit (I have JVC now), a light 10" sub (25lb 12" now), and a quality 4ch amp instead of a 2ch for the comps and a mono amp for the sub.

favorite mods- forge 007, short shifter, zimmerman cross drilled and slotted w/ EBC green stuff pads.

worst mod-speedtuning chip.

need to do again-my FMIC is mounted like crap cause it was 19* outside when i did it. i wouldnt mind bigger piping and core either.

none of this matters right now, cause im looking at a possible motor swap (not by choice)so its gunna b a while before i get to mod again.

Do again:  Roof-rail removal, Speed Tuning chip, short throw shifter, headliner, clear corners, wheels, exhaust, cromeless grill, fog light mod, LED interior bulbs, ICON wipers, cone filter
Worst:  none yet.  I've enjoyed everything I've touched.

Not much done to the A4 yet but:
Love: APR chip getting flashed on friday , fogs, sound system, soon going HID
Hate: 100lb System (70lb sub+box and 30lb amp) custom white paint on my bumper when I turned too quick at my garage cuz I thought I was about to get pulled over.

Favorite: no2, really is, i don't use it normally, but its like having a turbo that i can switch on if need be. if I'm ever toying with a 1.8t they know i just have a 12v so its nice to pull away from those that are just chipped.
least favorite: the wheels i bought off here that turned out to be curb rashed to ****

Really Hate: wasting 500 bucks on Clarion Indash DVD(totally pussied down the Bose speakers and there is a constant annoying ssssssssshhhhhhhhh that the unit causes cause it was made like crap, it ruins everything i listen to, just have gotten used to it) FACKING CARBONIO!!!

Kind of Hate: Going with 17" wheels now that i have coilovers i could have easily done 18's and looked really sweet

Regular hate: who ever swiped the back of my car and caused me to have to take it to the body shop with painters who sniff to much of there own work and dont know how to not get overspray all over the damn place!

Actually like: The fact that i have the Celeb. Edition with cloth seats and every possible feature you can have on my year car i like my coilovers too.

# 666 o ****!

do again? speed tuning flash (great for the price), MBC (great for the gas prices), VDO gauge, forge 007.

regret? Faze boost gauge (it was like 3 psi off) and Faze A/F gauge (dancing light show) w/ a-piller mount, two 12's in the trunk, i am down sizing to a shallow mount pioneer.

Not do again:  (forgot) Generic styled wheels.  They look great, but everyone's on mesh wheels.
