Default pop noise

so i just installed a jl amp with two mtx's and a pioneer premiere headunit in my girlfriends '96 audi a4 with the bose system. i used the amp integration harness and the overall system sounds pretty good. i have a problem that i have been trying to solve for a week or so and haven't found a specific answer. when you turn the car on/off as well as change the loudness or several audio systems there is a loud pop. i believe its due to the factory amp in some way. most likely the different resistance between the factory system and the new one i installed.possible solutions that would solve this? i looked at a ground loop isolator but im not sure that will do the trick, plus id need two of them so im looking at around 60 bucks..any one have a solution or have/had this problem?
