Does the blowoff valve have the option to turn it on/off? I know forge makes one that does

I never installed it when I put the CAI on and since then haven't bothered to. Now it is just sitting around in the box, so I decided to get rid of it. Functionally there is nothing wrong with it, I'm just lazy
