Default 4.2 domination continues...must see 4.2 Vs 2.7T race

I have obviously been with many others that love the 4.2 but have always heard if you are looking for performance get a 2.7t well that doesn't seem to be the case any longer.

my car made it into the video so this is nice for me as well. But if you are undecided about 4.2 or 2.7T check it out

Great video and the 4.2 is a great engine, even greater after the Vast mods.

hmm, dude, i like that sound, but ...
Hard to fight against 2.7 Only, you out perform is tourque
Big V8 are heavyer and just natural gas aspirated.
But ...., awesome sound and tourque

Thats good stuff right there. It is good to see that basicly stage 2 2.7 and stage 2 4.2 are about the same performance wise. I like the fact there is no boost leaks on the 4.2 :P

I'm with you on the turbo thing. I would love to see the car with twins but that would cost way more that most of us have. The cool thing is now you can have both a 2.7 or a 4.2 and still have some performance. In the end we all win. I like to see options knowing that until now the only real 4.2 performer was the B6 s4 or the RS4 these are out of the reach of many.
