Default passengerside airbag

i have 2001 allroad, the manual's telling me to disconnect the passengerside airbag if a child must ride facing forward in the front seat. but it doe's not tell you how! i thought maybe, the seat was weight sensitive, but not thismodel i guess! anyway, can anybody tell how i might accomplish this.

If you don't have a switch inside the glove compartment (and I guess you don't since you would have noticed it) you have to get it done at a dealership.
