Default Cold Start

Hey everyone.

I just had my vac hose and o-ring replaced in my 07 a3 2.0t i was leaking oil and that was the culprit. But every few days since audi did the service when i start my car in the morning it seems to struggle to start. This wasn't a problem before but its very inconsistent. As a result on random mornings before i go to work it can take a second try for the car to start, or it will struggle for a second kind of like an old lawn mower getting going. Any idea what's causing this? I would take it to the dealer but im not in the mood to pay a hundred dollars for them to tell me everything is fine and that they didn't find anything only to have the problem continue. Especially since the condition is soo inconsistent its hard to duplicate it. What do you think??

Thanks in advance

_tim

My 07 has always been hard to start. I often need to hold the in the start position for a full second to 1.5 seconds. I do have it tuned with APR software, but it was the same before the tuning.
