Default Help- Dealership Messup... What should I do?

I brought my S5 in for the 5k service. It had the engine indicator light on which they told me was a bad air filter and that its a recall (anyone else hear that???). Anyways I went to get it this morning and after waiting 20 minutes they told me my clutch had seized and that the car wouldn't run or move. They told me that they would get back to me when they figured it out and that the car is so new that they new nothing about it. That was 5 hours ago. Anyone think I am getting the run around? Could they not have put oil back in the engine? The smoke was coming out the left side of the motor.

Default RE: Help- Dealership Messup... What should I do?

maybe one of those techs decided to take your beautiful car out for a spin and trashed your clutch... im just kidding thats not likely

I like how at the beginning they knew that the service light meant it was an air filter and that there was a recall, then they say they no nothing about the car yet...

O the woes of a brand new model...
