Default Sirius Q

I want to add Sirius to my 2007 A3 with the Symphony, Bose non-nav stereo. Car is pre-wired

What is the difference in the 8E0 057 593 and the 8E0 035 593 receivers? Will either fit the A3? Are there others from VW for example that will work? Having trouble getting the 057 I think I need except from the dealer.

Thanks
Bill

OK, because no one has replied yet I will give you some info that I am sure is wrong and not worth anything..

Mine is an 08 and I just bought a Sirius module for it, the one I got only had 1 antenna wire, I was told the 07 and older A3's had a 2 wire antenna and the A3 and A4 had the same module...

This is a little off off topic. But does anyone know if you can install the Sirius Receiver if you have the Audi iPod Adapter on the 2007 Audi Base Unit? Just wondering.

Thanks...

I am pretty sure you can. I have the 2007 audi base unit (sirius modulator) pre-installed and i haven't but should be able to install the ipod adapoter. I believe it is just the CD changer you must sacrifice if you want to install the ipod adapter

Thanks brodieone.

Someone at the dealership (not in service department) told me he didn't think I could put the Sirius Receiver in since I had the iPod Adapter. I guess I will check again.
