Default Vote To Ban AWDaholic AKA "Jazz"

Heres the situation: about a dozen AF members, myself included, sent AWDaholic also known as "Jazz" our money in a euro plate group buy back in february. We have been lied to since the day we sent him our money. We were all told the order would be placed within a set time frame numerous times and it was not. I have been unsuccessful with filing a claim with paypal and can not reach "Jazz" to get my money. Collectively we are out over $600 and at this point in time there dosnt seem to be much hope.

I bring this to the audiforums community for a vote. AWDaholic is a Moderator and as such has certain responsibility's to the people in this forum. When he agreed to organize the group buy he made a commitment to all of us to get the plates ordered in a timely manner. Since early this year AWDaholic has simply disappeared, he hasnt even posted to explain himself in the group buy thread.

I feel that for his actions AWDaholic should be banned from the forums. I do not want to be part of a community that lets Moderators blindly steal from other forum members. Weather you agree or disagree please provide your input, this situation needs attention.

If you want to know the extent of the situation feel free to sift through the 22 pages of Jazz's bullshit and our venting/frustration in the euro plate group buy thread.

I think you need to realize that you can't trust anybody over the internet.......... Sucks you and others got screwed, but what kind of "service" or expectations can you have when dealing with private people online?????

I don't think anyone should be banned unless they break the forum rules as set forth by the Administrators of the site.

If you aren't familiar with these rules, they are posted here: http://www.audiforums.com/m_47529/tm.htm

Anything other than a direct violation of those established rules is fair game. Being banned because other members are pissed at you (for whatever reason) contradicts the spirit and purpose of a PUBLIC forum. I feel for you if you lost money to the dude, but banning him from this website only allows him to make a cleaner break, and makes the website itself a bit less appealing to others who may desire to come here and have points of view or opinions that differ from the mainstream.

There are other aenues to be pursued, IMHO.

So we all know that the supercharged engines need the intake bypass valve so they work in reverse. Otherwise the supercharger would just suck all the air out of the cylinder. So knowing that, how does the turbocharged version work in reverse? The engine is trying to suck air backwards, yet the turbo wants to spin forward so I don't see how it works.
