RE: lowering to the top of the tire
35mm Drop = 1.4", that will drop you to 25.6". Your stock Tire package is 25". 225/35-19s are 25.3" tall so you are OK. Just make sure the wheels are 19X8s with at least 47+ mm offset.
If you go wider, they will probably rub, and unlike coilovers, you have no way of adjusting that out with just a spring kit.
Also, make sure the wheel + tire weight in't over 50lbs or your ride and handling will go to hell. Too much unsprung weight.
Standard shocks will also be running 35mm into their compression stroke, so you will bottom them very easily, possibly damaging the shock (bent piston rod, leak, or just blown). Seriously consider installing sport shocks which are designed for use with lowering springs and save yourself a bunch of hassle later on.
