I have KW Variant 3's coming, which have separate adjustment for ride height, compression, and rebound. So, to do it right, I really should corner balance the car. Problem is, there isn't anywhere local to corner balance the car.
So, next best thing, I make a set of corner balancing scales. Here's one version I've seen online. Basically, you're scaling down the weight so a regular bathroom scale can handle it. The comparison of ANY number from one wheel to the next is good enough to get even load on all 4 corners, but I would like an accurate representation of the actual weight of the car with my various weight savings I've implemented.
Problem is, I suck at math. Can someone figure out what lengths my legs need to be, and where on the leg the tire should sit so that about 800lbs (representing the car) reads as 200lbs on the scale? I have no clue where to start.
Plan B is to try to buy 4 reasonably priced load cells, and get someone with open source programming background to make my Eee PC totally rock as it's own corner scale system.
