Default GTRS Test Drive This Morning

So my cars been up on ramps since January waiting for a turbo since BG takes so damn long to process warranties. Well i installed my new GTRS Elim. last night, and got to hear the new exhaust i got in December for the first time. DAMN it sound sexy..... Took it for a spin down the road without the bumper or headlights. It had a few misfires above 4k but that is expected since i'm not tuned properly for it yet. everything looks good so i will finish putting it back to together this week, put some new tires on it and get all registered and inspected. Thank for everyones help with all the questions.

Now if i could just find someone that wants my APR software and TT225s so i can get REVO stage 3 tunning and 550cc EFIs.

I will try to post some sound video/sound clips as soon as it's all back together.

Hi Harryd. the software is APR Stage 2+ (K04 file). EFIS are TT225s.

Details can be found here. http://www.audiforums.com/m_894421/tm.htm

I really want to get the right software in there so i'll go to $450 for the software and EFIS. i'm just trying to get alittle of my $1200- back from the APR software and EFIs.
I think the main sticking point is that the ECU will only fit certan A4s. I have a PM into someone over on the zine that mentioned that he could swap the software from one ECU to another, so the ECU swap might not be nessary. I'll keep you guys posted.

Thanks again Cap. if your ever in New Hampshire let me know and i'll let you take it for a spin. I really gotta find someone to buy my ECU so i can to it up properly.

the cable to the hood latch fell out once i got everything back together i had to snap the grill out, pry the damn hood up with a bar until i could get to the screws and then removed the latch enough to reach in and connect the cable so i could remove the latch from the hood. not recommended, it was a bitch! got it all back together now and you can't tell with the exception of some scratches around the latch when you open the hood.
