Theres two allen head screws that hold it on. Mine was a pain to get off, I ended up destroying the stock holder till it was done because the bolts stripped and i had to cut it up to get them out with a vicegrip. Have fun!

mine had two hex screws but came off really easy, i think it also has little clips on the bottom that might connect to your lower grill. i cant remember though its been a while.
