Default oil Temp

Just curious what everyone gets for oil temps when youve been driving for a good 30mins or so. I feel like my temp is kinda high, 225 degrees. Does that sound right

Im dumbfounded. When my car hits 175 and above the oil light comes on for low oil pressure. It only happens when im below 2k RPMs but anythong above it goes away. I just replaced the oil pressure sending unit and the valve cover gasket. Any input?
