Which ones do you recommend for the B6 stock turbo?

I think you are talking about turbo gauge. Look at Podi or AWE

No a turbo timer, it will idle your car so that you don't have to sit and wait for the turbo to cool down.

No real need ona water cooled turbo. just go easy on it for the last min of the trip and you dont need one. When you get someplace, just let it idle for a few more secs and you are fine.
