So, long story short, I did the clear corner mod on my B5 S4 and apparently didn't seal the headlight up all the way. Moisture got into the headlight and burned out my headlight ignitor. Has anyone had this happen to them? If so, what did you do and is there a cheap fix? The shop says $600 for the part alone. Is the ignitor part of the headlight assembly? If so, I'd rather pay $600 and get two new euro style headlights. Thanks for the input!

i kinda hate to say it but that 600 is just for the headlight and none of the electrical components. Your just better off going to shokan and getting a used ignitor.
