Default Loss of power, Idle drops at 1400rpm

I just replaced my left side cat and secondary o2 sensor after my flexpipe broke. I used a CT Converter and a Bosche universal 4 wire 02 sensor. Now that the work is done, The engine wants to stall at start and rpms drop once I get to 1400 rpm. Is the ecu tripped up,isthethrottle messed up or do I need to replace the primary sensor?

Car is a 99 b5 aha a4. code is

P1545
17953

Throttle position control malfunction.

Is this a part that needs to be replaced, or can it be recalibrated? I know a bit about cars, but this is a little over my head.
