It is an injection system that sprays a mixture of water and methanol into your intake. The water lowers the air temperature of the air entering the engine and the methanol acts as an octane booster. It's like running race gas when just using 92. By doing this you can advance your timing a few degrees which will give you extra HP. Oh and it also reduces your chances of detonation.
