So I replaced my speed control stock today becuase my headlight switch went bad and I got tired of holding it down with a rubber band for them to stay on...

Anyway...

I was like, "Hey I'm gonna try out and see if it works..." BEFORE I PUT THE AIRBAG BACK ON.... So I started the ignition without the airbag on, and the light tripped right away... So I thought, okay I'll just vag it and it'll be fine... But when I vagcom it, the airbag light shuts off for all of 1/5 a sec... When I check for codes it says signal intermittant... So I don't know what to do next, I'm hoping somone on here does....

I have the same problem. There are some electrical plugs under the passenger seat they are a pain in the a## to take apart but its do-able. Just disconnect them and use some sand paper and sand the terminals to get a better contact. if that does not work you could always wire them directly. This is what I did but your situ might be a little different.

I got a code for that airbag after I replaced the switch, too. I think it was "signal too low" or something like that. Anyway, I just pulled the airbag again, saw that the pins were bent, straightened them, put everything back together, and was able to clear the code. Hasn't come back since. My suggestion is to go back and redo everything and especially make sure that the pins on the clock spring are straight.
