Default boost with no acceleration

i installed the forge 007 last night with the green spring. the guy at the shop installed it on the wrong hose.. damn.. the one where the pressure regulator is right next to the real diverter valve.. i drove it, and it bogged out soo bad. boost would hit ten to twelve with no acceleration. i saw that and swapped it to the real home, and put the pressure regulator back on. i didnt drive it again till the morning, and started it up.. got the typical cylinder misfire ehhh, and still bogging down. thing is after it heated p id say it ran fine just couldnt push over 4lbs of boost. i got a stock turbo but i bet it would push more than 4lbs. then after work. i started it, and again it bogged down the gauge red 10 lbs but no accleration and it was jolty. then after a while it was fine again. im sure i hooked it up correct according to the diections on forge.com, does anyone think him blocking off the pressure regulator migh have amaged anything. i did put the stock on back in, and it was the same. s the valve might be good.

disconnect your battery and reconnected after a few minutes, sounds like hard limp mode.

well i got it set up correctly, and everythings in place... guy also broke the dipstick.. had to pul the pan to get the plastic out, ehh. i sealled it with red rtv silicone. took all night to get it all polished and changed the oil. still a hard limp mode. only after check engine lights now though, as soon as i get the bank 1 lean code and clear it i get a hard limp mode. and after a while it goes back to normal. i pulled each cil one at a time, and fuel injector harness. just got codes and sputters so none of those seem to be the issue. i unplugged the MAF and it seemd to run the same, but just didnt reset over time. maybe thats the issue. But it did run a lil worse. ordered the dipstick ehh. im not sre if the silicone is gonna hold so i just put news paper under the car to see if theres a leak. so far none. also if anysilicone got in the pan what kinda problems would i be looking at. im planing to pull it again in 3000 miles and re do it. i could quite polish and completly clean the bottom of the block completly. next time i wanna do a better job. i just dont wanna blow my motor. i ran it hard to day to see if i grew ne more issues. i also unplugged the n75 solenoid. ran the same, but got a different code. soo unsure.

does any one know the exact location of the pcv valve, he was looking for that when he broke the dipstick.
