Default Tire replacement~225/45ZR17 Yokohama AVID W4S

Hi guys:
My passenger side tire became flat this later afternoon which is meaningless to fix it. So i went to local tire shop and see if I canbuy two new tires to replace the front two's. But the manger told me for AWD cars should replace all 4 of them together at once which gonna cost me $$$$.
I doubt that the manager's words so that post this threat and see what you guys cansuggest? Is that possible I could just replace front two(due to my money constrains currently, but I can work harder to get 4 tires at once as well.) without replace the rear's (the front tires almost done, but the rear's are like 50% left)

PS: currently searching "225/45ZR17 Yokohama AVID W4S" on tirerack.com and they are 104 each. Checked the review commands and seems like they are pretty good. what do you guys think? for the same price any other options I may have?

Yeah all four replacement is favourable! I agree with washyourhands on the tire size. I'm a pirelli p zero fan myself, saw a pic of anew the new 911 gt2 with the intercooler ducts in the rear wing/spoiler they come stock with them...just proving my point

does 235/40/ZR17 fit the stock B5 S4 wheels?

I didn't get it why not 225/45?
