Default 1993 cs 90 cooling fan

So my 93 90 is in perfect mechanical shape with the exception of a Catalytic Converter and A new Battery. I just replaced the battery today, and the Colling fan is on regardless of whether or not the car is on. And its not just on, its going full speed. Sure my engine is cool, but the damn thing wont turn off... Any ideas or suggestions?

In the mean time im just going to instal a killswitch for the main line off the battery. This way i just simply cut the power off from the battery and effectivley turn off the fan. someone please help.
