Anyone ever move their directional tires to the opposite side of the vehicle (of course removing them from the rim and remounting them)?

well your average shop is going to charge $25+ per tire to dismount and remount/balance them... so i don think its worth the $$$$

Are u Quattro??? A lot of guys rotate their tires every 5-7k miles or so.

All the trouble/time/money you're gonna go throw dismounting/mounting isn't gonna be worth the 2-4k miles you'll save. Rotating and keeping good tire pressure will create better results

I rotate every 5k miles, but never have tried this. I've never had a car before this one where i couldn't swap sides.

2004 AUDI A4 1.8T UltraSport

I dismount and remount my staggered Goodyear F1-GS tires (directional and symmetrical) and had them swapped left<->right so I can wear out both the inner and outer edge and max out their life.
