Hey Question ? I am planning to order H7 VVME XENON HID LIGHTS but i have heard that
its going to brake codes and give errors on LCD CONTROL? how true is that?
and will there maybe be problems in future using those type of lights or the wiring system.
Just don't want it to brake codes lol.

I use them myself. So far (knocking on a wood) it prolly happened twice and when i turned my lights on during the drive. Anyways, that mostly depends where you gonna mount your ballasts, cause they might cause the problem with our electric system. But most of the time you gonna be ok. You can always find the way to get rid of those lights.

I opened up the hole at the top position of the ballast mounting bracket and then removed the nut at the uppermost position of the bumper cover to the fender and hung my ballast from that stud on each side. Fits very nicely and keeps the ballast out of the way and out of the elements.

Be very careful with the connectors. They are very cheap and brittle. I cracked one of the bulb connector s and had to purchase a replacement bulb. I figured with their shipping costs to just get a pair. Now I have a spare bulb.

I use the H11 kit on my fogs. To totally avoid bulb out errors you need a secure electrical connection. The kit comes with adaptor pins to connect to your factory harness, but these are not the best source of power which may cause errors in your DIS. So, the optimal solution is cut off your harness and hard wire the power connections to your ballast. I used male and female connectors and I have not had a problem yet. This was for my fog lights and they have much more occurance of problems than the headlights do. I also did the same thing with my ecodes, when I upgraded the factory HIDs to a 50w ballast and 6000K bulbs.

Well, where do you install the ballasts if you don't wanna have problems with electric system.
I was looking that some people put it on the battery its self.
What is the best way to install them, the kit it self does it come with everything you need?
do you need to cut any wires or and where do you connect the ballasts ?

yea man.i just put it hids in my car..now my dashboard lights are all f***ed up..they told me at autozone it was my crankshaft sensor..im bring it to the drealer tomorrow and maybe they will figure it out

^^^ If the Dealer will find out about some "Huge" problems, before fixing them, plz ask for all the documentaion about it and why they think it is the problem ))

Soooo, Would you reccoment me getting the VVME HID's for Audi or no ? cuz i dont wanna fuck shit up. Also how do i install it so u dont have the wiring problems ?? HELP HELP thanks

They are fine, a lot of people use VVME includingme read post 3 and 4 + they got DIY on their website.

The only thing AUDIPROTEIN are u getting code brakes and any problems with it
