anybody ever used a chip by Surge Engineering? They claim this STAGE 3 SURGE Adjustable Performance Chip w/ O2 Sensor Control will increase your hp by up to 15% and increase engine output by 20%. Is this just bs or does it actually work? The description they use is

STAGE 3 CHIP/O2 Combo will supply modified signals to your vehicle's ECU. The ECU then adjusts air/fuel ratio and secondarily timing advance curves to new performance settings, in addition this upgrade does have an absolutely outstanding O2 sensor control circuit integrated in the unit.
This control panel helps to prevent and stop undesired snubbig of the ECU.

Never heard about it. Just my IMHO, but if that would really work we would've seen a lot of thread about it, especially 3.0 guys.
If u 1.8T just get your ECU flashed, it would give up to 45% of what u got now.
