Default Windshield Fog, what is the best setting?

Ok so my A/C is working perfectly, and no interior leaks or anything from the heater core or anything of that nature.

I'm merely trying to find the happy setting during this very humid post rainy nights. I set the interior temp to my desired setting and it is great. But then the windshield starts to fog a little after about 10 minutes. It's on the outside, because a simple wiper swish and its gone. But it returns a minute later...

If I put the defroster on it is hard to gauge what temp to put it on without making it worse.

Outside temp - 77 and very muggy following a rain storm.

Should I not be using the defrost? Should I have on recirclate mode?

If my windshield gets foggy i just press on that arrow button so there is more air going to the windshield.
