Default Check Engine Light

My check engine light came on this morning and I went to auto zone to get the code check code P1137 came up it said something about fuel meter. The definition said "Long term Trim. Add. Fuel B1 system too rich." Explanation: Failed MAF. What could be the main problem and what could I do to fix it. It said three causes could be High Fuel Pressure, canister purge solenoid stuck open, or failed HO2S.

well you can do that, auto zone has a MAF cleaner and it works and if that dosent fix it then get a universal o2 sensor from the store and it actually works better than the original.
