Default Is it possible to retrofit a B5 S4 exhaust to a B5 A4 1.8T?

Anyone have any experience doing it? I know that the Y pipe needs to be cut from the S4 exhaust to mate to my A4 1.8T downpipe.

I assumed that the S4 exhaust is less restrictive, I guess I may be wrong?

the dia of the tubing is probaly close to the same. The only reason I could see is mabye for the more agressive sounding muffler. You won't see any notable gains with an axel back anyway, neither would you with only a slightly bigger dia tubing cat-back on a NA engine. You'll have to go aftermarket in order to see gains.
