Default Should i replace my wheel bearing?

Alright so im doing the lower arms (and ive had to take the entire wheel carrier off since it was on there, ball joint sepeartor broke from the force, i ended up pounding with a sledge with the wheel carrier out, anyway..) i notice that my wheel bearing feels a little loose, theres some play in it. Is this normal?, and would it be wise for me to replace it anyway with 127,000 miles.

I would replace it while you have everything out already its a common wear item on these cars.

My right rear wheel bearing went out, and my car has 110k. It's only a $50 part and if you have all the parts out, I'd say go for it.

Just choose based on your year, engine, and (possibly) whether you have quattro or fwd. Also, you may see one that is less expensive than the other - one is likely only the bearing and the other is a kit with the axle end bolt (get that).

Yeah that ABS sensor is a bitch, i hadta tap the other side out (luckily it still works, it looked pretty screwed up though), im gonna leave it in there unless the place im taking it to needs me to take it out. BTW about that axle end bolt, i havent replaced that at all and ive had it in and out quite a few times now. Why replace it?, is it possible for it to twist after time or something or what?
