Default Cylinder Misfire - Cylinder 4

So, I've got a 2004 Audi A4 3.0L with a cylinder misfiring (60K Miles). VAG-COM says cylinder four, well I've replaced all plugs to no avai (I figured) and got just one coil to replace the failed one, but replacing it did nothing, then I realized I am just assuming that cylinder four is in the middle on the driver's side.

On the 3.0L what does VW consider to be cylinder 4?!

Thanks!

Default RE: Cylinder Misfire - Cylinder 4

cylinder 4 is at the front of the engineclosest to the radiator on the drivers side.

on the passenger side starting from the radiator is 1-2-3

then on the driver side 4-5-6.

good luck
