buy a new tranny, master clutch cylinder, clutch, and a bunch of other parts... and you will need either a new ECU or re-program the one in your car.

One of the guys, Blue_S4, is doing that to his S4.

The best way would be, buy a car with a standard trans, swap out your electronics and sell the tip car. You would be in for a ton of coin and time down if you tried to swap.

it's actually not as hard or expensive as everyone says... if you do the work yourself your looking around 3500 or so in parts but you can turn and sell the stuff that you pulled from your car and pay back some of it.

Also look at junkyards and find a totaled car with a good tranny and whatnot. That would be cheaper.

yea, my cars engine only has 40K miles on it, and the tranny has about 89K or so miles, so i dont want to sell my car, for only 3500 thats not bad, thats half of what i paid for my car

You should read more:

He is doing it with all RS4 parts as well so it will be more expensive for him which means less expensive for this guy.
