Default Help with assessing my car's value

Hey guys. I'm trying to sell my avant since its sitting in new england and I'm sitting in Hawaii until past christmas time. I'm trying to figure out what a fair price is for the car. Heres the low down.
1998 avant 2.8 30v
5 speed quattro
173k
leather, sport suspension,
no rust
brand new tires
studded nokians on steel rims

negative factors
needs an alternator
might need a rear right wheel bearing, sound familiar?
main seal leak, timing belt due at 210k

i'm asking 3300 which i think is fair. what do you all think?
thanks

yeah, the ideal would be me keeping it and fixing everything when i get back to it and sell it for what it should be worth.

KBB is a joke. Go by Galves and the local classifieds/market (NOT used car lots or dealers). Unfortunately, a high-mileage Wag is a much harder sale than the typical A4. Good luck with the sale!

I would say you could get about 3k for it. Start there, and good luck with the sale.

Correction: I don't think Main Seal is the right one. I think its the seal around one of the pulleys on the front of the engine, not rear main.
